Energy Upgrade California, the state's educational initiative around energy efficiency, is seeking your feedback for the future of our campaign! Construction includes new Student Services buildings for the San Elijo and Community Learning Center campuses and new athletic field at the Oceanside Campus. Students and teachers may be engaged in online learning for now, but construction projects underway now throughout the MiraCosta Community College District are ensuring state-of-the-art facilities are ready when students are able to return to campus.
